Based in The Lake District, Cumbria and with a diverse clientele from elite athletes to stressed executives I have provided relief to a variety of clients for many reasons. Sessions work with your lifestyle to allow you to make the most of sport and leisure opportunities as well as reducing and alleviating pain and discomfort.
