This session is both corrective and therapeutic making it perfect for the easing of stresses and tensions that are associated with modern day living. This massage works fantastically at the end of your day,  if you’re suffering from work related back, neck and shoulder pain, frequent headaches, lower back pain, sciatica, or if you simply have had a hard day out on the fells or at the shops. It is excellent whether you are active and sporty or if you are just wanting that little bit of bliss at the end of your day.

This massage uses a selection of my techniques that when put together create the ultimate massage experience resulting from a blend of eastern philosophies and western science.

This is a 1.5 hour massage but can be increase to 2 hours if desired.
